I understand that Micky Lynn’s Executive Touch “Adult Entertainment” reserves the right to deny, revoke, suspend, or cancel VIP membership for any individual who fails to follow agency policies, guidelines, or standards of conduct.

 

I understand that all adult entertainers are independent contractors and have the absolute right to accept, decline, refuse, or end any adult entertainment booking at their sole discretion and at any time.

 

I am voluntarily requesting an introduction to and/or booking with an adult entertainer through Micky Lynn’s Executive Touch “Adult Entertainment.”

 

I understand and agree that the applicable adult entertainment booking fee will be provided to the adult entertainer upon arrival, according to the terms of the scheduled booking.

 

I acknowledge that I have not experienced or received any form of solicitation from Micky Lynn’s Executive Touch “Adult Entertainment” or any adult entertainer associated with the agency.

 

Privacy & Screening:

Micky Lynn’s Executive Touch “Adult Entertainment” values the privacy and discretion of its VIP Members. Information requested during registration is collected solely for screening, age verification, safety, and booking purposes. We do not retain personal information beyond what is necessary for these purposes, subject to any applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements.

 

Agency & Independent Contractor Relationship:

Micky Lynn’s Executive Touch “Adult Entertainment” provides advertising, marketing, booking, and introduction services for independent adult entertainers. The agency facilitates introductions between consenting adults for the purpose of arranging lawful adult entertainment engagements in public or private locations.

 

Adult entertainers associated with Micky Lynn’s Executive Touch operate as independent contractors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining their own personal and professional boundaries.

 

Age Verification & Anti-Trafficking Policy:

All adult entertainers working with Micky Lynn’s Executive Touch “Adult Entertainment” must be 21 years of age or older, with appropriate proof of age on file. When required by applicable local law, entertainers must also maintain any necessary licenses, permits, or identification required to work in the jurisdiction where services are provided.

 

Micky Lynn’s Executive Touch maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or forced labor. Any suspected exploitation or trafficking may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

By completing my VIP Member registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and policies stated above. I further certify that I am twenty-one (21) years of age or older and that the information I provide for screening and registration purposes is accurate.
